We've been working on our solar heater project and have finished our Prototype. It uses 64 pop cans and is slightly less than 24 inches wide by 48 inches tall. We have a solar panel to run our fans to blow the air through it and are awaiting a nice sunny day to finish testing it out. The Solar panel puts out about 5 watts of power. I picked it up at Harbor Freight for about $40. just enough power to run both fans for air in and air out. I'll be hooking up a temperature guage that I have for a computer to measure CPU and video card levels to see what the air temp in and out will be.
